Jr./Int./Sr. Project Administrator

Key Responsibilities & Duties:- Support project team with day-to-day requirements.
- Prioritize project deliverables and manage deadlines; coordinate with project team to ensure understanding of project schedule and deliverables timelines and requirements.
- Schedule meeting, complete catering requests and complete meeting minutes / action log per established procedure.
- In coordination with TDC, ensure packages and documents are issued.
- Coordinate and assist with project close-out activities.
- Manage native files (e.g. contact lists, job instructions, close-out) and project communication (ensure non-technical documentation is retained and accurately filed).
- Ensure site orientation of team members is complete and current.
- Assist in project close-out activities (gather / file of all native documents).
- Assist in coordinating site orientations and authorizations per HSE standards and procedures.
- Schedule and attend meetings, prepare agendas, distribute minutes / action logs, and follow up on action items.
- Decisions within established guidelines, procedures, or polices. Performs administrative duties and supports project team as directed or requested.
- Exercises judgment in approach on more complex and confidential work.
Qualifications - Education, Skills and Experience:- 0-3 years’ experience (Jr.). 3-8 years (Int.), 8+ years (Sr.).
- Post-secondary education in business or related program.
- Expertise with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Soft skills – such as communication, multi tasking, shifting priorities, meeting deadlines, leading, managing, coaching, organizing, customer services, teamwork, collaboration, etc.
