Len founded Rally in 2006 with a focus on creating fit-for-purpose solutions to deliver quality services at competitive rates. He is committed to establishing enduring client relationships, providing leadership, and investing in his team. After graduating with a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, from the University of Alberta, he worked as a Project Manager, Project Engineer and Mechanical / Piping Engineer on large multi-discipline projects ranging in size from $15 Million to $1 Billion.

Greg Enslen | P.Eng., PMP

Greg is committed to Client engagement and draws upon extensive experience in design, material requisition development, technical support / coordination, and construction coordination (turn-around and maintenance) to ensure all facets of project planning, execution, and support exceeds Client expectations. With a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, from the University of Alberta, Greg has led or stewarded teams, on multi-discipline projects, over $500 Million.

Business Development

Joel Regenstreif | P.Eng.

Joel works closely with Clients to identify fit-for-purpose solutions to brown-field and sustaining capital projects and operation teams to support development opportunities to improve assets, all while ensuring an open line of communication for feedback. With a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, from the University of Alberta, Joel has managed or stewarded teams to succeed on all phases of projects up to $4 Billion.

Manager of Engineering

Rade Vukadin | M.Eng., P.Eng.

Rade brings years of experience managing mechanical and multi-discipline teams on brown and greenfield projects. He has a demonstrated commitment to ensuring engineering deliverables meet the highest quality assurance standards and has a wealth of experience developing and implementing ISO 9001 compliant quality management systems. With a Master of Engineering (Mechanical), from the University of Alberta, Rade has managed and led mechanical and multi-discipline teams on projects up to $700 Million.

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

HSE Manager with a demonstrated record of workplace safety performance and a passion for promoting high safety standards for individuals and teams. She has in-depth knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and Contractor Management, specializing in facilities operations (space optimization and allocation).

Human Resources Manager

Advises on the development, implementation, and maintenance of HR best practices for Rally. Provides strong direction and leadership to ensure achievement of operational goals while effectively managing expectations and minimizing escalations on time-critical issues. Coaching leaders for professional and personal growth, improved performance, organizational effectiveness, pro-active conflict management, and the development of engaged teams with diverse personalities and capabilities is a passion.

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Sanjeev Saha | CPA

Starting initially as a Financial Consultant to Rally in March 2018, Sanjeev transitioned into his role as our CFO in 2019 and has been placing his focus on building our finance and support services functions, leading cost efficiency initiatives, and working with our senior management team on strategic planning processes. Sanjeev is a Chartered Accountant with excellent financial services credentials (CPA, CMA, CIA, CFE, CISA) in addition to 20+ years of national and international finance experience.

Claudio Gonzales

For over 10 years, Claudio has provided leadership of people and technology associated with Rally’s IT infrastructure. Claudio and his team ensure that all four Rally offices and our remotely working staff have reliable access to the critical tools they need to deliver for our clients. Specific oversight includes: Active Directory/Messaging, Storage, Servers, Backup, DataCenter and Networking. Rally benefits from his experience in logistics, purchasing, warehousing, international trade, customer service, marketing, and six sigma. Trained in MS Windows Server, Minitab and SPSS, JDE Oneworld PeopleSoft and SAP, Linux, Networking, and PC hardware.

Sheryll Darago | BComm

Sheryll has considerable supply chain and contracts management experience. As a seasoned negotiator and strategic planner, with a background in sourcing, vendor management, quality assurance, project management, and logistics, she effectively manages large-scale multi-million EPC contracts. Coupled with a demonstrated ability to achieve cost savings through successful price negotiations and purchase agreements, Sheryll ensures Client expectations are met.

Quality Assurance

Dan Loewen | R.E.T.

Dan has significant experience providing quality management / assurance / control, inspection, design engineering, and construction management services. He has worked in a variety of industries, including: oil refineries; chemical, power generation, and oil sands plants; gas processing, mining, and mineral refining facilities; pipelines and pump stations. Dan is committed to designing, implementing, and leading quality control programs and will be assisting on Rally’s commitment to become ISO 9001 compliant.

Civil / Structural

Tim Button | P.Eng.

Tim brings an unwavering commitment to team engagement and exemplary engineering design with more than 25 years of demonstrated experience (brown and greenfield), in structural design (oil sands, hydrocarbons, and infrastructure facilities). With a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, from the University of Saskatchewan, Tim has held the Manager of Project, Vice President of Engineering I&C Canada, and Projects Engineering Manager roles and led teams or business units with up to 650 personnel.

Mechanical

Boro Radulovic | P.Eng., M.Eng.

Boro is a senior engineering professional with 30 years of experience in engineering management, mechanical and piping engineering in energy, oil and gas and pipeline facilities sectors. Experience in all project phases, from BD and proposal management, front end studies to detail engineering phase and field construction support. Planned, directed, supervised, and controlled the execution of all business, technical, fiscal and administrative functions of the assigned projects. Skilled in monitoring and maximizing project team’s safety, quality, cost and schedule performance while maintaining good working relationship with key stakeholders including client, vendors, subcontractors, construction contractor and regulatory authorities.

Electrical

Sang Tran | P.Eng.

Sang brings a wealth of experience in conceptual engineering, front-end engineering design, and detailed design on a wide range of projects in green and brownfield projects in various sectors (oil and gas, oil sands, petrochemical, pipeline and commercial sectors). With a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, from the University of Alberta, Sang has held the Project Group Engineering Manager and Department Manager roles and led and managed electrical and multi-discipline teams on projects ranging from projects ranging from $1 M to $4 B with up to 325 personnel.

Piping

Darrell Green

Darrell bring 25 years of experience in sustaining capital projects (and related execution strategies) to diverse experience in the oil sands, refining, and petrochemical industries. His committed to meeting Client expectations and well versed in front-end development through to assisting with field construction. As the TDS Lead, he oversees the development of standards and procedures relating to software applications

Instrumentation & Controls

Alan MacLaren | P.L.Eng.

Alan has nearly 20 years of experience in the oil, gas, energy and pipeline sectors. Experience in heavy equipment environments, extreme weather conditions as well as offshore drilling. Field construction and commissioning experience in both brownfield and greenfield environments. Experienced with all phases of projects from concept to commissioning and has a proven ability to provide leadership and coordination to Team Members and Field Contractors while successfully meeting project milestones.

Process

Michael Wagner | P.Eng.

Michael draws on three decades of engineering experience; as the co-holder of two patents on diluent recovery from froth treatment tailings and mechanical de-aeration of froth, he is frequently referred to as the “go-to” for Process technical and workflow issues. With a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering, from the University of Alberta, Michael draws on vast experience in engineering, operation and research and a solid understanding of inter-disciplinary workflows and hand-offs to facilitate group discussions and problem solve identified issues.

Technical Document Control

Tara Langdon

Tara brings over 20 years of progressive experience, within the oil and gas industry, overseeing all incoming and outgoing technical documentation (transmittals and construction work packages) on small to multi-million-dollar projects. Tara is committed to collaborating with project stakeholders to manage the impact of document control and record retention strategies to ensure effective archiving solutions for electronic data management systems.

Administration Manager

Audrey McMullen

Audrey has over 15 years of experience in EPCM environment and administrative management. This is complemented by her proven ability to successfully spearhead operations and staff. From developing administrative systems and managing organizational procedures, to building solid relationships and developing high-performance teams, Audrey provides comprehensive office leadership and support. She is able to interface across organizational levels to drive policy adherence and enhance productivity and efficiency.

Manager of Projects, Eastern Canada

Paul Croft

Paul is a Project Manager with 21 years’ experience in EPCM Industry. He has demonstrated strengths as a visionary leader, drive for lean project delivery and fit for purpose engineering processes, and delivery through his Alliance Manager roles with several clients in the Sarnia area. Paul has also proven his project management and contract management skills with a variety of clients. Paul has successfully lead a number EPCM contracts ranging from $100K - $1.2B, from the early scope stage through to project closeout.

Location Manager, Eastern Canada

Mike Thompson

Mike Thompson, Eastern Canada Location Manager / Business Development Manager, has 13 years of Management experience. His vast experience as a contractor’s Project Manager enables our Rally Engineering team to understand the requirements on the construction and maintenance side of projects. He promotes cooperation and commitment within the team for attainment of common goals through effective leadership, coaching, mentoring and delegation.

Engineering and Quality Lead, Eastern Canada

Matin Parvari | P.Eng.

Matin provides the leadership and oversight of our Eastern Canada engineering and design team. He is a process engineering lead with 20 years of experience in diverse fields of process design engineering in oil and gas projects (Conceptual & Feasibility, Option Evaluation, FEED and EPC Projects in onshore sections). This includes eight years of experience as a project development engineer, working as the project team lead responsible for workflow between stakeholders. Experienced with leading technical discussions and safety reviews and developing the design basis for projects. Well-versed in performing project management processes and knowledge areas according to PMBOK such as scope management, time management, cost management, and change management.
