Rally completed detailed engineering for the replacement of non-compliant level gauges for 25 hazardous process vessels within the operating unit.
Surge Pond Remediation
Rally developed a repair strategy for an existing surge pond basin that had some major cracks and was not holding containment. A 3rd party contractor was utilized to perform scans through the concrete basin to determine the stability of the subgrade. This data was also incorporated into the repair plan.
Butyl Packaging, Civil and Mechanical
Rally prepared a civil and piping scope for the installation necessary to complete the Butyl Packaging upgrade.
Bypass Line Replacement
Rally prepared a civil scope to show how to correctly break and repair the corroded TR5 bypass line from the concrete in order to replace the piping.
BIOX Wastewater Line
Rally prepared a mechanical and civil engineering assessment and detailed scope of repair to put the water line back into stable condition as it has fallen/moved off of its pipe supports.
K1 Piperack Repair
Rally executed an engineering study to determine several options to repair a damaged piperack.
Bio Industrial Park Project Team
